• Appropriate swimwear is required for Wild Wild Wet attractions and rides for safety purposes. All swimming attire should be free of denim material, zippers, rivets, buttons, or other hard objects. Swim diapers are required for children.
• Loose items, jewellery, accessories, hard objects, or electronic devices are not allowed on our attractions & rides.
• Footwear, glassware, and food & beverage are not allowed near the pools.
• Do not leave your personal belongings unattended. Lockers are available at our Locker Bay.
• Please adhere to all safety instructions of the park and comply with height & weight restrictions.
• Complimentary lifejackets are available on a first come first served basis.
• Parental supervision is required for children.
• Smoking is not allowed in the park.

• Wild Wild Wet ticket is valid for the date of entry only.
• Wild Wild Wet ticket is non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash, non-transferable and cannot be resold.
• All rates are inclusive of prevailing GST.
• Ticket include access to all attractions & rides. (Safety, health, height & physical restrictions apply)
• Age verification is required for special concessionary rates.

• The Management may without prior notice and without refund or compensation or any liability close Wild Wild Wet or any part of it temporarily and/or restrict admission and/or change the operating hours and attractions at our discretion.
• The Management apologize for any inconvenience caused in the event of park closure/ suspension due to private function, bad weather or attractions suspension due to safety checks.
• The Management shall not be liable for any direct, indirect and/or consequential losses, damages, injuries suffered by park guest within Wild Wild Wet premises, arising from any acts or omissions of Wild Wild Wet, its staff and/or other park guests whether those acts or omissions were negligent or otherwise.
• The Management reserves the right to refuse or expel guests from Wild Wild Wet premises whose conduct is objectionable and/or hazard to safety.
• Photography and/or videography may be carried out at Wild Wild Wet for publicity purposes by the Management. By entering the park, guest consent to have photos/videos to be taken.

1. you agree that, save as otherwise provided under law, Wild Wild Wet and its operator, Leisurequest Pte. Ltd (“WWW”), and their officers, employees and agents (“Personnel”) shall not be liable to you for any damage to property, injury, losses, claims, demands, actions, proceedings, damages, costs, expenses or any other liability incurred or suffered by your or by any other person arising, whether directly or indirectly, out of any act, omission, default or negligence on the part of WWW or any of its Personnel or in connection with your use of or WWW or the Personnel’s operation of the ride/attraction and
2.  you agree to indemnify WWW and its Personnel from and against any and all damage to property, injury, losses, claims, demands, actions, proceedings, damages, costs, expenses, and any other liabilities incurred or suffered by WWW arising, whether directly or indirectly, out of any act, omission, default or negligence on your part or in connection with your use of the ride/attraction.
